Extraction Method: Alcohol Extraction. Alcohol extraction is performed with food grade ethanol. It can be performed cleanly and safely without any residual solvent. Alcohol extraction preserves more of the cannabinoids and terpenes present in hemp extract when compared to other extraction methods, including CO2. Ethanol extraction can be calibrated to be much gentler, resulting in extracts that better preserve the hemp plant’s natural potential to provide the entourage effect.
Carrier Oil: Organic Medium Chain Triglyceride Oil from Coconuts
Taste: Strong, natural hemp flavor with overtones of roasted nuts. Spearmint and Orange oils help mitigate the “hempy” flavor, but are not overpowering. This tincture, like all Blue Lotus Botanicals CBD Oils, contains no sweetners or artificial flavors.
