Under Section 10013 of the 2018 Farm Bill, “hemp” is defined as “the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.”

For each 1 gram (1000mg) on a dry weight basis, you can have up to 3 milligrams of hemp-derived Delta 9 THC at 0.3 percent

Each Chocolate weighs 14 grams (14,000 mg) each.  At 0.3%, we can have up to 42 milligrams (.3% * 14000) of hemp-derived Delta-9 THC. These chocolates contain 15 mg of hemp-derived Delta-9 THC which is only 0.1% THC on a dry weight basis.
