Cardamom Essential Oil has a spicy, slightly sweet scent.  It will smell familiar to those who enjoy it as a spice in (often Asian) cuisine. This powerful oil is well-known for calming breathing and upset tummies.  In addition, it may provide relief to those who struggle during travel on boats or in cars. As a well known “warming” oil, Cardamom is refreshing and uplifting. It can also assist with low mood. Cardamom may also enhance romantic desire.

Directions

To soothe upsets during car rides or other motion, use Cardamom Essential Oil in a portable diffuser or in an inhaler.

Diffuse in the home with Lemon or Bergamot oils for an uplifting and stimulating atmosphere.

For adults, dilute to 2-5% for topical application.
